You Find a Home of Your Dreams

Search on the internet. Drive through neighborhoods you like. Go to open houses. Do the search yourself, and find the home that you want on your own without an agent.

Decide How Much to Offer

Do your research on how much similar homes in that neighborhood have sold for and decide how much you want to offer.

We'll Manage the Paperwork

We are a licensed real estate brokerage. We will prepare and submit the offer for you to the Listing Agent and then manage your paperwork for the transaction for a flat fee of $2,500 to be paid at the close of escrow.

How does this work?

It's simple. You find the house you want. We write the offer and manage the transaction for you. You pay one simple flat fee no matter the cost of the home. This saves you thousands of dollars in real estate agent commissions. We are what is called a transaction agent. We do the paperwork and manage the transaction, we do not show property.

Where do you operate?

We currently are only able to offer this service in California. We are a DRE licensed real estate broker and use California Association of Realtor forms and contracts.

What if I want a traditional agent?

If you would like to have a traditional buyers agent we have a network of agents throughout California and we can refer you to one. Just let us know we'll be happy to make the connection for you.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. We charge $2,500 to write your offer and manage the transaction through escrow. We are paid at the close of escrow. If the transaction is cancelled and does not close for any reason, you do not owe the fee.
